The Miller Industries Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in a real-world manufacturing environment, combining practical learning with meaningful project work. Designed as a summer program running from Mid May through Mid August, the internship allows participants to apply classroom knowledge while gaining exposure to the operations, engineering, and business functions that drive a leading manufacturing company.
Interns work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to active projects, and receive mentorship that supports both technical and professional growth. Throughout their time at Miller Industries, interns also benefit from meaningful social and networking opportunities with their peers, both within the company and through Genesee County’s Flinterns program activities. The program emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation—giving interns a firsthand look at how quality, efficiency, and creativity come together at Miller Industries.
